The Role:

Moxie is seeking an Affiliate Strategist to manage affiliate marketing programs for multiple clients. Responsibilities include facilitating new affiliate program setup, recruiting and managing affiliate partners, optimizing campaign performance, analyzing data, and developing strategies to drive growth via the affiliate channel. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3 - 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, strong relationships with affiliate managers at content publishers and traditional affiliate advertisers, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and a passion for digital marketing. This position will report to the VP, Performance PR.


This position will be based in either Moxie’s NY office (Flatiron District, Manhattan) or LA office (Culver City), where team members work in a hybrid environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Performance PR to pitch, develop, and execute affiliate strategies for clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client affiliate programs, managing strategy development, partner recruitment, optimization, scaling and reporting efforts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-impact affiliate partners, including top-tier publishers, mass media outlets, content creators, coupon sites, and rewards programs.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and data analyses to inform strategic decisions and present results to clients.
  • Work closely with clients’ and Moxie’s PR and influencer marketing teams to share insights and leverage cross-functional expertise.
  • Monitor industry trends and news to identify opportunities and refine strategies based on competitor insights, consumer behavior, purchase trends, and emerging tools and technologies.
  • Participate in business development calls and pitches.

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with consumer brands within an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the affiliate marketing landscape, including experience with key platforms (e.g., Impact, Awin, Rakuten).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas) and Google Slides (building clear, client-ready reports and decks)
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with a passion for learning and keeping up with industry trends.

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this role is $75K - $95K annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
