As a leader in affiliate and performance-based marketing, we're expanding our partnerships team and looking for a driven, detail-oriented Partnership Manager to lead affiliate relationships and support new business development.

🧩 What You’ll Do

Affiliate Strategy & Management

• Design and implement comprehensive affiliate strategies to drive performance and support company growth goals.
• Identify, recruit, and manage a network of affiliate partners, media buyers, and fintech collaborators.
• Develop strong relationships with partners and continuously optimize campaign results.

Performance Analysis

• Monitor KPIs including leads, conversion rates, ROI, and eCPA.
• Use analytical tools to assess traffic quality and detect fraud or compliance issues.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign efficiency.

Content & Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams to produce high-performing creative and promotional assets.
• Assist with onboarding and training new partners or business clients.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to CASL, Law 25 (Quebec), and other privacy or advertising regulations.
• Maintain quality assurance across campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and legal alignment.

Technical Fluency

• Understand internet tracking and attribution: cookies, postbacks, tracking links, UTMs, and pixels.
• Assist with the setup and debugging of partner tracking integrations.

New Business Development

• Contribute to identifying and closing new business opportunities across fintech, financial services, and media spaces.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing KPIs, CRMs, and reporting tools.
• Deep understanding of affiliate tracking technology and marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with CASL, Law 25, and Canadian privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Experience in lead generation or financial services.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks in high-regulation industries.
• Technical knowledge of affiliate platforms (e.g., CAKE, Everflow, Impact) or analytics tools.
